The Estonian Ministry of Education and Research and Education and Youth Board offer scholarships to foreign nationals in the framework of the Estonian Scholarship Programme for international students, researchers and academic staff. These scholarships are for short courses at Estonian higher education institutions (HEIs) and mobility grants for visiting Estonian HEIs.

• Fields: Estonian language and culture, various fields such as IT, media, international relations etc. related to degree programmes taught in English
• Research: All fields of study
• Application Deadlines:
